Swimming

Between our season passes to Cowabunga Bay, our neighborhood pool, Bear Lake, and swim lessons, we have been in the water a lot this summer! My kids are little fish that absolutely love the water. Cole (4) took a few swim lessons from our neighbor & then after one session of swim lessons at O’Neal Aquatics, he is ready for their swim team. I’m so proud of him & it’s totally amazing to see his growth every time we go swimming. The twins went from fearless little girls that would jump in the water even if I wasn’t there to independent little swimmers. They can both float on their backs, jump in and swim back to the wall, and dive for rings. I’m truly amazed at how much they can do at age 2.

Bear Lake

We went to Bear Lake for the 24th of July! We rented a big cabin so we could all stay together. We had a great time playing games, eating, playing at the beach, riding bikes, and 4 wheeling.

Cole’s Patakiller

I found a caterpillar in my garden which Cole has been SO excited about! We put him in a jar. Cole talks about him constantly, what he’s doing, where his parents are, what he eats, when he will turn into a butterfly, etc. He wanted to take him to bed with him because he didn’t want to miss him changing into a butterfly. First thing this morning, he had to check on him & give him more food. He is so excited to watch his every movement. We’re just glad his first pet is a caterpillar!
