Hot Summer Day

Finally, it’s warm enough to blow up the kids’ little pool. I thought about taking them to the neighborhood pool, but can’t do it by myself. They were so funny in the little blow up one. Cole would run and jump in the pool. Hallie would dive in and dunk her face and laugh so hard like she had just done the coolest thing. Brighton would just sit in the water, splash, and throw the balls. The girls loved that they could get in and out of the pool by themselves. They would go jump on the tramp, run around the yard, sit with me in the hammock, and then go back to the pool whenever they felt like it. I couldn’t help but get some pictures of them having a ball.

Brighton’s Pig Tails

Okay, so I put the girls’ hair in full pig tails yesterday for the first time. Taylor got pictures that I’ll post when I get home, but I thought Brighton’s were so cute that I did it again today. Hallie’s isn’t quite long enough in the back, so I didn’t love them quite as much. Here’s her cute little pigtails this morning!

Happy Father’s Day

Here’s the cute pics that I put in a 3 opening frame for Taylor for Father’s Day! We also succeeded in surprising him with a new miter saw so he can build our deck! Yippee!

Milestones & Chairs

Cole learned to pedal his bike today! It was a big moment at our house. Hallie actually jumped off the ground last night, after months of trying to jump. It’s hilarious. Both of the girls can totally run. All my kids love to dance, especially during or after watching SYTYCD. Brighton can twirl, Hallie totally grooves, and Cole shakes a bootie!
Cole pulled out his Lightning McQueen chair from grandma Lori today, so I pulled out the girls’ princess chairs too. They were so cute, they lined them up and watched cartoons together. The girls can totally get in and out of them and kept switching chairs.
