France was Awesome!

Taylor and I just got back from France. What an amazing experience! We went to Paris, Versaille, Toulouse, Albi, Montaubon, Carcasonne, Narbonne, Barcelona (Spain), Avignon, Sete, Orange, Aix en Provence, Marseille, Bonnieux, Nimes, and Montpellier. We saw amazing architecture, gardens, museums, fountains, coast, vineyards, poppy fields, beach, and ate a lot of pastries. Most of the areas we visited were where Taylor served his mission. It was fun to go back to the ward in Montpelier where he spent most of his mission. The members remembered him and were really excited to see him.

We left Coley with grandma, and missed him something fierce, but are grateful we had the opportunity to go and enjoy this amazing country.

Birthday Fiesta

Coley turned one May 3rd, 2007. We had a birthday party with family on cinco de mayo. Silas made a monkey pinata that all the kids loved. Coley wasn’t feeling that great, so he mostly poked at his cake instead of demolishing it as he did the cupcake I gave him the night before. At least he was covered in blue frosting for pictures, which Taylor should be posting soon. He got lots of fun toys and clothes, thanks to all our wonderful family!
